Fiber is an essential part of our diets. It helps keep our digestive systems healthy and regular. It can reduce colorectal cancer, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Most people in the United States eat only half the recommended 20 to 35 grams of fiber a day, according to the American Dietetic Association. When following a low carb diet, fiber is often lost along with the carbohydrate sources.
Nutragenics Fiberfit Sucralose Sweetened Dietary Fiber is an extremely low carb dietary supplement that adds back some of that missing fiber. It can easily be used in any cooking or baking recipes. And the liquid can be conveniently carried with you.
Fiberfit is perfect for low carb dieters and diabetics. Because its caloric value comes from complex carbohydrates, Fiberfit has a minimal effect on blood sugar and insulin levels. One teaspoon of Fiberfit provides one full gram of fiber in liquid form.
A single serving of liquid or powder Fiberfit has approximately 1 gram of carbohydrates - from complex carbohydrate sources (the fiber itself). According to Dr. Atkins, carbohydrates from fiber have zero net caloric impact on one's daily carbohydrate total.
Additionally, Fiberfit is sugar free. It is sweetened with sucralose. Each teaspoon of Fiberfit has the sweetness of approximately 8 teaspoons of sugar with no unpleasant aftertaste.

Use Guide
- It is easy to increase your daily fiber intake by converting various recipes to use Fiberfit sweetened dietary fiber in place of a typical sweetener.
- Fiberfit powder contains a larger percentage of dietary fiber and is especially suited to baking. Fiberfit liquid is a favorite for sweetening beverages. Both forms can be easily adapted to recipes of all kinds.
- Because Fiberfit liquid and powder are both 8-10 times sweeter than sugar, you can use just 1 teaspoon of either in place of 3 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener called for in recipes (that's 2 tablespoons in place of a full cup!).
- Use Fiberfit anywhere you would use a sweetener like stevia, Nutrasweet™, or Splenda™, to add both fiber and sweetness without added sugar or sugar alcohols.
- Fiberfit is a favorite ingredient in all sorts of foods, from sauces, dressings, marinades, and beverages to cheesecakes, cookies, cakes, muffins, ice cream, and more.
- Note that Fiberfit does not perform in baking or candy making the same way as real sugar or a sugar alcohol like maltitol does. This means that Fiberfit won't work well in a few things, such as fudge, hard candy, or pecan pie - things that harden due to "caramelizing" sugar.
